BEG EM / BAFA Funding
Are you planning to insulate your home and finance the renovation from your own funds? You may apply to BAFA for funding for individual renovation measures. The renovation costs should be at least €2,000. The program provides a grant of 15% of the eligible investment costs. Eligible costs may also include ancillary measures such as site setup or scaffolding. Total eligible costs are limited to €60,000 per residential unit, with a maximum grant of €12,000.
Financing with KfW
Use KfW government funding to finance your planned thermal insulation. Depending on the program, the offers are available to private homeowners and landlords, companies, municipalities and public-sector organizations.
